- Password and security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials (username and password) and for any activity carried out under your Account. You must not share your Account details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify the Operator immediately and change your password.

These tools are designed in line with best practices for Canadian players and MGA guidelines.
- Account suspension during checks: While verification or investigations are ongoing, the Operator may temporarily suspend your ability to deposit, place bets, or withdraw until the process is completed.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Funding requirements: You may place Bets only when your Account has a sufficient available balance (cash and, where permitted, Bonus Funds). Bets that exceed your available funds will not be accepted.
- Currency: For Users resident in Canada (outside Ontario), the standard operating currency on mrfortune-ca.com is CAD. All references to amounts in these Terms are in CAD unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, as displayed within the Game interface or game rules supplied by the game provider. You are responsible for checking such limits before placing a Bet. The Operator may impose additional global limits per User or Game, subject to internal risk and responsible gambling policies.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted and valid once it has been confirmed by the Operator's servers and reflected in your betting history. In the event of any discrepancy between your device display and the Operator's server records, the latter shall prevail.
Game Rules and Fairness
- Game-specific rules: Each Game is governed by its own rules, paytables, and return-to-player ("RTP") information made available either within the Game interface or on the Website. By participating in a Game, you agree to be bound by its specific rules in addition to these Terms.
- Random number generator (RNG): Outcomes of non-live Games are determined by a certified random number generator. The RNG and game software are supplied by reputable providers and are tested for fairness and randomness under MGA oversight and industry standards. For live dealer Games, results are generated by physical equipment (cards, wheels, etc.) operated in real time.
- Prohibition on advantage play: Exploiting software bugs, latency, predictable game behaviour, or any knowledge not available to the general public in order to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. The Operator may void affected Bets, adjust balances, and close Accounts where such behaviour is identified.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player-initiated changes: Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed by the Operator's systems, you cannot cancel, amend, or withdraw that Bet, except where the specific Game interface provides a cancellation option prior to game commencement (for example, certain live table bets before the dealer announces closure).
- Operator corrections: The Operator reserves the right to void or adjust Bets and results where:
- Obvious errors or misconfigurations are identified (including but not limited to incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or mis-settlement);
- Bets were accepted after the outcome was known or when a Game was not operating as intended;
- There is evidence of cheating, collusion, or other prohibited behaviour.
- Game interruptions: If a Game is interrupted due to technical failure of the Website, RNG, or your connection, the Operator will apply the rules prescribed by the relevant game provider and MGA standards, which may include:
- Restoring the Game state to the last known valid position, allowing you to resume play; or
- Settling the Bet based on the outcome already determined; or
- Refunding the stake to your Account where the Game could not be resumed or the outcome could not be determined.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chat Functions
- Respectful behaviour: Where chat functions are provided (including in live dealer Games), you must interact respectfully with dealers, staff, and other Players. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Insults, threats, harassment, or discriminatory language on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- Obscene, offensive, defamatory, or hateful content;
- Sharing personal contact information or soliciting contact outside the Game environment.
- No promotion or solicitation: You must not use chat features to advertise or promote other websites, services, or products, nor to solicit funds, tips, or gambling advice for commercial gain.
- Collusion and fraud: Any attempt to collude with other Players or dealers, share information to gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. The Operator may monitor chat and gameplay, record interactions, and use both automated and manual tools to detect suspicious behaviour, in line with Canadian privacy expectations and the Operator's AML Policy.
- Enforcement: The Operator may, at its discretion, warn, mute, temporarily suspend chat privileges, exclude you from specific Games, or suspend/terminate your Account if you breach these conduct rules.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonus offers: From time to time, Mr Fortune may offer Promotions such as welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback to Users on mrfortune-ca.com. All such Promotions are discretionary and may be modified or withdrawn at any time in accordance with these Terms and any specific promotional rules.
- Acceptance of bonus terms: By claiming or using any Bonus or Promotion (including automatic bonuses credited upon deposit), you agree to be bound by these Bonus Terms as well as any additional terms and conditions presented with the specific Promotion on the Website or via direct communication (e.g., email or on-site message).
- Eligibility: Bonus eligibility may be restricted based on factors such as country, province, registration date, deposit method, or previous bonus history. Mr Fortune is intended for residents of Canada outside Ontario; specific Promotions may further restrict eligibility within that group. The Operator may require successful completion of KYC checks before granting or allowing withdrawal of any Bonus or related winnings.
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation:
- Some Bonuses are credited automatically upon qualifying deposit; others require you to opt in, enter a bonus code, or actively claim via the promotions page.
- Details of activation criteria (minimum deposit, time windows, eligible payment methods) will be clearly indicated in the promotional materials.
- Wagering requirements:
- Unless stated otherwise for a specific Promotion, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds or free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
- The standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses, where not otherwise specified, is calculated as a multiple of the Bonus amount and/or the qualifying deposit. For example, if the Promotion states "35x bonus wagering", you must wager 35 times the Bonus amount in eligible Games before withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.
- Real money is generally wagered before Bonus Funds, but the precise order of debiting (cash vs bonus) will be described in the relevant bonus rules on the Website. You should review these carefully before participating.
- Timeframes:
- Each Promotion will specify a timeframe within which the wagering requirements must be met (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). If the wagering requirements are not fully met within the stated period, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited and removed from your Account.
- Timeframes for Promotions active in 2025 - 2026 will be clearly displayed on the Website and may be updated periodically.
Game Contribution and Restrictions
- Game contribution: Different Games may contribute differently toward completion of wagering requirements. For example:
- Standard slots: typically contribute 100% of the stake;
- Some slots, jackpot slots, or specialty games: may contribute at a reduced percentage or 0%;
- Table games and live dealer games (e.g., blackjack, roulette, baccarat): often contribute at a lower percentage or 0%.
- Prohibited or restricted games: The Operator may exclude certain Games from wagering requirements or Bonuses altogether. Stakes placed on excluded Games will not count toward wagering and may result in Bonus confiscation or Account restrictions if used to circumvent these rules.
- Maximum bet with bonus funds: When an active Bonus is in play, there may be a maximum permitted Bet size per game round or spin (for example, a specified maximum CAD amount). Stakes placed above the maximum permitted Bet amount while wagering a Bonus may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings. The applicable maximum Bet will be disclosed in each Promotion's specific terms.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Bonus abuse: Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the following behaviours, is prohibited:
- Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion several times;
- Using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting both red and black in roulette, or similar hedging strategies);
- Depositing and withdrawing repeatedly to obtain bonuses without engaging in genuine gameplay;
- Colluding with other Users to exploit Promotions.
- Consequences of abuse: If the Operator reasonably suspects Bonus abuse or breach of these Bonus Terms:
- Bonuses and any associated winnings may be cancelled and removed from your Account;
- Any remaining real money balance may be frozen and, where appropriate, returned to you (less any amounts subject to lawful set-off);
- Your Account may be suspended or closed, and your access to future Promotions may be restricted.
- Combining promotions: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses and Promotions cannot be combined. Only one active wagering Bonus may apply to your Account at a time. If multiple Promotions are inadvertently granted, the Operator may determine which Bonus applies or cancel one or more Bonuses in order to maintain compliance with these Terms.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Deposit methods: Mr Fortune, via mrfortune-ca.com, supports commonly used Canadian payment methods, including (where available and as updated from time to time):
- Credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard);
- Interac and similar Canadian online banking solutions;
- Selected e-wallets and payment processors (such as iDebit, Instadebit, or others as listed on the cashier page);
- Alternative methods or, if enabled, certain cryptocurrency channels, always processed through licensed or authorised providers and subject to applicable laws.
- Deposits in CAD: Deposits for Canadian Users are generally processed in CAD. Where another currency is used, foreign exchange conversion may apply, and you may be subject to currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations imposed by your bank or payment provider.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits: The Operator sets minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day/month, as indicated on the cashier page. The Operator may also apply individual limits based on your profile, risk assessment, and responsible gambling settings.
- Availability of funds: Deposited funds are usually credited to your Account promptly but may be subject to delays outside the Operator's control. The Operator is not liable for processing delays caused by payment providers, financial institutions, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal methods and policies:
- Withdrawals are, where possible, processed using the same method and to the same account or instrument used for depositing, in line with AML and card scheme rules ("closed-loop policy"). If this is not possible, the Operator may offer alternative withdrawal methods at its discretion.
- You may be required to provide additional KYC or payment verification before the first withdrawal or when cumulative withdrawals exceed internal thresholds.
- Processing times:
- The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, typically within 24 - 72 hours, subject to successful completion of required checks and normal business operations. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
- Once processed by the Operator, the actual time until funds reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside the Operator's direct control.
- Withdrawal limits:
- The Operator may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits, as specified on the Website or in the cashier area. These limits may differ depending on your VIP status, transaction history, and risk profile.
- In cases of large wins, the Operator may pay out winnings in instalments in accordance with the maximum withdrawal limits and will inform you of the applicable schedule.
Fees, Charges, and Refunds
- Fees: The Operator will disclose any fees associated with deposits or withdrawals on the Website or at the cashier interface. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may independently charge fees, including currency conversion charges, which are your responsibility.
- Refunds:
- Deposits are generally non-refundable once used to place Bets. At its discretion, and subject to AML checks, the Operator may consider refund requests where no or minimal gameplay has occurred and where legal and regulatory considerations allow.
- Refunds of Bets or Bonus amounts will typically occur only in circumstances of Game malfunction, mis-settlement, or demonstrable technical error, and then in accordance with the relevant game provider rules and MGA guidance.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without a legitimate basis, the Operator may:
- Place a hold on your Account and any balances;
- Recover from you any chargeback-related costs and fees;
- Report the incident to relevant payment providers and authorities in line with AML and fraud-prevention expectations applicable to Canadian transactions.
Anti-Money Laundering and Verification
- Compliance obligations: The Operator, regulated by the MGA and following its AML Policy, implements customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and transaction reporting. These obligations are applied to Canadian Users of mrfortune-ca.com in a manner consistent with international AML standards and relevant Canadian expectations.
- Source of funds: The Operator may request information and documentation to establish the source of your funds or wealth, particularly in cases of high or unusual deposits or winnings. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in Account restrictions, delayed withdrawals, or closure, with any necessary reporting to competent authorities.
